indirizzo di fornitura; indirizzo postale, se diverso dall\u2019indirizzo di fornitura, o di posta elettronica; servizio a cui si riferisce il reclamo o la richiesta di informazioni (energia elettrica, gas naturale, entrambi); codice identificativo del punto; codice cliente; breve descrizione dei fatti.<\/p>\n<p>Il trattamento dei dati \u00e8 effettuato nel rispetto dell\u2019art. 167 comma 1 del D.lgs. n. 196\/2003 in materia di protezione dei dati personali. Il Cliente autorizza quindi SEL Srl al trattamento degli stessi per evadere la sua richiesta.<\/p>\n<p>Ogni modulo viene protocollato e gestito dal Servizio Clienti di SEL che, insieme alla Funziona aziendale di interesse, provveder\u00e0 alla gestione della richiesta per dare la risposta pi\u00f9 completa. SEL provveder\u00e0 a rispondere a tutte le richieste nel rispetto delle previsioni della Delibera 413\/2016\/R\/com Allegato A e ss.mm.ii.. La risposta alla richiesta sar\u00e0 inviata al recapito indicato nel presente modulo.[\/vc_column_text][divider line_type=&#8221;Small Line&#8221; line_alignment=&#8221;default&#8221; line_thickness=&#8221;2&#8243; divider_color=&#8221;accent-color&#8221; animate=&#8221;yes&#8221;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; text_direction=&#8221;default&#8221;]\n<h3><strong>Servizio di conciliazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>SEL Srl informa i proprio clienti che l\u2019Autorit\u00e0 di Regolazione per Energia Reti e Ambiente mette a disposizione un\u2019apposita area dedicata al <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arera.it\/it\/consumatori\/conciliazione.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Servizio di conciliazione clienti energia<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Tale Servizio ha lo scopo di agevolare la risoluzione della controversia facendo incontrare le parti via web alla presenza di un conciliatore che le aiuta a raggiungere una soluzione di comune accordo. I soggetti coinvolti da questa procedura sono il Cliente o un suo delegato, il Venditore e\/o il Distributore interessato ed il conciliatore in veste di facilitatore dell\u2019accordo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Il Servizio di conciliazione<\/strong>&nbsp;dell\u2019ARERA&nbsp;<strong>\u00e8 attivabile solo dopo aver presentato reclamo scritto al proprio operatore.<\/strong>&nbsp;Infatti, a seguito di mancata risposta del Fornitore ad un reclamo scritto, o in caso di risposta non soddisfacente, il Cliente ha la possibilit\u00e0 di attivare il Servizio di Conciliazione per risolvere eventuali controversie senza ricorrere a vie giudiziarie.<\/p>\n<p>Le modalit\u00e0 di attivazione del Servizio, completamente gratuito, prevedono la compilazione esclusivamente online, da parte del Cliente finale, dell\u2019apposito Modulo di Richiesta di attivazione della procedura di conciliazione. Le richieste presentate con modalit\u00e0 diversa dall\u2019invio telematico del Modulo di Richiesta di attivazione della procedura di conciliazione non potranno essere gestite e si considereranno non ricevute.
